Dr. Cedeno received his bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh. In 2006, he graduated from Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine & Surgery in Miami, Florida. Subsequently, he completed a three-year surgical residency in reconstructive and trauma surgery of the foot and ankle at the Chestnut Hill Hospital/University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. Additionally, Dr. Cedeno completed an international trauma fellowship in Switzerland, further enhancing his skills and knowledge in podiatric medicine and surgery.
Dr. Cedeno is also extensively trained in the conservative and surgical treatment of diabetic conditions affecting the lower extremities, including limb salvage. He has served as Medical Director for Sentera RMH Wound Healing Center.
Furthermore, Dr. Cedeno has served and continues to serve as Principal Investigator in many clinical research drug and medical device studies, keeping him at the forefront of new technologies that can be offered to his patients.
Dr. Cedeno is Board Certified in Foot Surgery by the American Board of Foot & Ankle Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and the Florida & Virginia Podiatric Medical Associations. Additionally, he is an Associate of the American Podiatric Sports Medicine Association.
