Sweat. Recover. Stand.
One afternoon in the studio with four practices under one roof. Come ask Dr. Cedeno the foot question you've been putting off — the heel that hurts every morning, the nail that won't clear up, the arch that gave out. No appointment, no paperwork, no cost.

What you can ask us about
Dr. Cedeno will be there in person to answer questions — not to sell you anything. If you've been wondering whether something is worth coming in for, this is the low-stakes way to find out. A few of the things people ask most:
Custom orthotics
Built from your actual foot, not pulled off a shelf. If you've tried drugstore inserts and they didn't help, there's usually a reason — ask and we'll explain what's different.
Heel pain that won't quit
Shockwave and cold laser treat plantar fasciitis and chronic heel pain with no incision and no downtime. See shockwave therapy and MLS laser therapy.
Fungal nails and spider veins
Both respond to laser treatment. Both are things people quietly live with for years. Bring it up — you won't be the only one.
Feet that hurt after workouts
Arch pain, Achilles trouble, forefoot burning, sports injuries that keep coming back. If training is what brings it on, say so — that changes the answer.
Who you'll meet
Recovery isn't one specialty. That's the whole idea behind putting these four in the same room.
Abacoa Podiatry & Leg Vein Center
Dr. Orlando Cedeno, DPM, board-certified foot and ankle surgeon. Custom orthotics built from your foot, shockwave and cold laser for heel pain, and laser treatment for fungal nails and spider veins.

Walk in whenever
It starts at 4:00 PM and runs as an open house, not a lecture. Come at 4:00 or come at 5:15 — either works. Nothing to register for.
Grab a drink, look around
Snacks and refreshments are out. The studio is open if you've never seen an infrared sauna workout up close.
Ask your question
Find whichever provider matches what's bothering you and just ask. Bring your current shoes or inserts if the question is about orthotics — it's much easier to answer with them in hand.
Take the next step, or don't
If something's worth a real evaluation, we'll tell you and you can book on the spot. If it isn't, we'll tell you that too. No pressure either way.
This event is for general education and conversation. It isn't a medical appointment, and nothing said there substitutes for an exam, diagnosis, or treatment plan. If something is acutely painful, infected, or you can't bear weight, please call us at (561) 915-1934 rather than waiting for Tuesday.

Before you come
Do I need to sign up?
No. Just show up. If you'd like us to know you're coming — or you want a spot held for the IV night — call (561) 915-1934 and we'll put your name down.
Is it really free?
Yes. No cost to attend, nothing to buy, and no insurance involved. Snacks and refreshments are on the house.
Do I have to work out?
Not at all. Most people come just to talk to the providers. If you're curious about the infrared sauna sessions, HOTWORX will be there to walk you through it — but come in whatever you're wearing.
Am I going to get examined in front of everyone?
No. It's conversation, not a clinic. If your question needs an actual look at your foot, we'll set you up with a proper visit instead.
Should I bring anything?
Two things help if they're relevant: the shoes you wear most, and any inserts or orthotics you're currently using. A list of what you've already tried for the problem is useful too.
What is the IV night?
A separate upcoming evening hosted by RegenOrtho Palm Beach for clinician-supervised IV wellness and NAD+ drips. Sign-ups are being taken at this event, or by phone at (561) 915-1934.
Bring your questions.
