Robotic MLS laser system
Our laser platform is built on MLS, Multiwave Locked System, technology, an FDA-cleared class IV therapeutic laser developed by ASA, an Italian medical laser manufacturer whose systems are used in clinics and universities worldwide. Three things separate it from ordinary "cold lasers":
- Two synchronized wavelengths. An 808 nm continuous emission targets inflammation and edema; a 905 nm pulsed emission targets pain. The patented "locked" synchronization of the two produces a reinforcing effect neither achieves alone.
- Therapeutic power with safety. Class IV power means a meaningful dose reaches deep tissue (plantar fascia, Achilles tendon, joint capsules) in minutes, without the heat buildup of single-beam high-power lasers.
- Robotic delivery. The treatment head scans your anatomy under computer control, ensuring the prescribed dose is delivered evenly and reproducibly, every session, every time. No hand-held wand variability.
EPAT shockwave system
Our extracorporeal pulse activation technology (EPAT) system delivers calibrated acoustic pressure waves through the skin into chronically injured tissue. Intensity is adjustable in real time to your comfort, and treatment is fully non-invasive, no anesthesia, no needles. Shockwave is among the most-studied non-surgical treatments for chronic plantar fasciitis and tendinopathy, with an evidence base spanning two decades.
The Foot BBL™ platform: Liposana™ & Sculptra
Our signature Foot BBL™ fat-pad restoration is built on two of the most advanced regenerative products available for the foot. Liposana™ is a purpose-built allograft adipose matrix, injectable human fat tissue processed to preserve its natural extracellular scaffold, so it cushions immediately and invites your own cells to remodel it into lasting tissue. Sculptra is a poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) collagen stimulator that rebuilds the fat pad's supporting framework over a series of treatments. Delivered by ultrasound-guided precision injection, both restore the foot's natural cushioning without liposuction, harvest sites, or meaningful downtime.
Regenerative biologics
For PRP, we use clinical centrifugation systems that concentrate platelets well above baseline blood levels. For cell-based treatments, we use professionally sourced, regulated biologic preparations, discussed transparently with you, including what the evidence does and doesn't yet show.
